The long route. Leave Koman any time between 08:00 and 17:00 and travel the full length of the lake, past the Shala River, all the way to Fierza.

Roughly 2 hours on the water. Ideal if you are continuing north towards Valbona or Kosovo rather than returning to Koman. Private boat, life jackets provided.

Tour

Departure from Koman Dam at 09:30. The journey takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes each way. You arrive at the Shala River, famous for its turquoise waters and pebble beaches. Enjoy free time for swimming, relaxing and taking photos. The return journey begins at 15:00 and you arrive back at Koman around 16:20.
